A lot of people ask how Brick City came to be. I’ve always enjoyed entertaining, and decided to put an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven in my backyard. Having 2 boys that played travel sports, the backyard quickly became the “after game” spot. In the beginning, I had zero clue how to make pizza. So YouTube slowly became my friend.

Approximately 7 years later Brick City was born. Never in my wildest dreams did I think a backyard idea would turn into a great family business! I keep the same fundamentals at Brick City as I did in my backyard. Everyone is considered family & I cook with love and passion. So if you want a fresh pizza, pasta dish, or delicious sandwich made with love, come by and see us!
